A thin veil between life, and death.
This afternoon I was reminded one more time about how thin the veil between life and death is; how quickly we can be plucked from this life and move into the unknown.
Life is precious. Every moment we experience is something to take in and be present for. Every single relationship we have is of importance, and every thing we say will be remembered by someone we love so use your words to spread Love and kindness.
Tell people how you feel, don't leave words unsaid. Stand in your truth and be who you are; there's only one of you and you have a lot to offer this world.
Do the things your passionate about because they feed your soul and fill your cup. Remember that when your cup is full you can give freely to others; and there is always enough for everybody.
Feel your emotions. One of the most beautiful things in life is to experience joy, sadness, Love, anger, and guilt. Allow them to move through you. Accept how you are feeling, and let go of it when you are ready.
Be grateful. Every day when you wake up and before you go to sleep thank the Universe for all that you have, and really believe it.
Forgive. Let go of old hate and grudges because holding onto resentment is poison for your soul and life is far too short to be angry forever.
For those who read this, please know that I love and appreciate you. I believe each one of you are in my life because you have something to offer me, and I have something to offer you to learn, and grow so we can become better versions of ourselves.
